My sister started a baby book for Calen shortly after she found out that she was pregnant. One section of the book is to list thoughts and wishes for Calen from family members. Here are my thoughts and wishes for Calen:“He looks like his mommy but has some of the same facial expressions that his daddy makes.”
"I hope that Calen is successful in life, but realizes that the most important things are: family, friends, and life's experiences!"
“I want Calen to know that his Grammy and Grandpa love him so much; they used to fight over who got to hold him when he was a baby….Grammy usually lost.”
“I hope that as he grows up he understands that I am here for him no matter what has happened or how far away I am from him. My love for him is unconditional."
“I hope Cal never looses his sense of adventure. I hope he lives life to the fullest and does what makes him the happiest.”
