Top Chef- Go Ed and Tiffany!

So as you probably know, I love Top Chef. Usually I have a favorite in the first or second episode of the season....this season? Not so much. It has taken me until the past 2 episodes to really root for someone. My bets are on Ed and Tiffany. I like them both and would be happy with either taking home the win.



Are you watching? Who do you like? And if you say the crack head Amanda, prepare to be internet slapped.

Bre's Bday Celebration

Friday night we went out for Bre's bday celebration to San Felipe's. We used to go all the time to the one up in Flagstaff.

Things Done Over the Weekend

We had a pretty busy weekend with Discount Tire events. Saturday we went to City Hall to celebrate the boys breaking a store record...don't even get me started on the Crab and Black Truffle Gnocchi....wow.

Then Sunday the store got to go to the Diamondbacks Game at TGI Fridays on the field.

Seriously love the guys at this store; we always have so much fun with them!

I have a new nephew that was born on Friday...

Benjamin. Delicious. I get to go visit him in a few weeks and I cannot wait to kiss those cheeks.

Things Done Over the Weekend

• Helped my friend Karen set up her classroom. School started today for her and her class of 24....it was really fun to be back at school. Made me miss teaching.
• Went and saw Eclipse for the first time....I know, I am behind. I didn't think I was going to like it because I hadn't heard a lot of buzz from my "Twilight" peeps about it, but it was good.
• Went to the BEST Mexican food restaurant with Bre and TMK.
• Saw The Other Guys....laughed so loud that I actively thought to myself mid laugh, "wow, I am really loud. I need to tone it down a bit".
• Swam with Moose. A weekend or summer day would not be complete without a swim with Moose.
• Went to Baskin Robbins with Pablo for ice cream. I got a root beer float but as a shake....I love them. It was yummy.

Grub at IKEA

I had to go shopping at IKEA today for work and Jennifer and I decided to do lunch there too. I have heard all about the pros of IKEA's food from Bre, but didn't really think it could be all that good. I mean, you have to assemble your own furniture from there....how good can there food be?

Well it is pretty dang good....there fries are the BEST!
