Prizes from The Beef

I love prizes in the mail. I think I might have mentioned that a time or two on here, but I will just put it out there again. One can never get too many prizes in the mail (in my opinion). My sister Beef just hooked me up with some prizes that came....you guessed it, in the mail!

She sent me The Art of Racing in the Rain by Garth Stein. I think I will like it because a) I loved Marley and Me and this too is about a dog and #2 I am training for a 1/2 marathon and the title says "Racing"....not sure if any actual racing is involved, but oh well.

Also The Girls from Ames by Jeffrey Zaslow....looks like fun chick read.

I just need to finish up "Eat, Pray, Love" and will start one of these two....can't wait!

Getting back in the grooooove....

So I must be a complete and total idiot. I have enrolled in another master's program. Call me crazy....no, really. You can call me crazy. I just finished up my first class in my Masters of Psychology program today. I will use this not in any kind of career form, but mostly to help me analyze Pabs....weird man that he is. Anyway, I just finished up my first class and I am in love. It is so much more of a fit for me program wise than the MBA was. The MBA found me coming home late at night after class and sobbing to Pablo about all of my stress and frustrations....I was lost. Psychology is much more my style. So, if you need help psychoanalyzing anyone please let me know. I will help for a small minimal fee.... :)

No Glove, No Love

I am loving my women's boot camp that I have been attending. Every morning, I wake my sweet cheeks up at 4:30am to get to the park at 5am. For the next hour I am yelled at and pushed beyond my wildest dreams. Every day is different. Last Friday we used the playground rope ladder to do pull ups. I ended up getting rope burn on my hands...not pretty. I always wondered why some of the seasoned ladies brought workout gloves. Now I know. I went last night and bought a pair...rope pull ups? No problem!

Wa-Bam!!!

I went and had my nails did this week with some friends from work. I was feeling a little frisky, so I put "Catch me in your net" by OPI on my toe nails and finger nails. It is very....WAH-BAM! I love it.

5 years....

Pablo and I celebrated 5 years together tonight. He came home from work with these...
