HOT yoga

This week I signed up for 2 weeks of HOT yoga for $20 with some work friends. Last night was my first take at it...damn- it was toasty! One hour and fifteen minutes in a 105 degree room with 60% humidity....my buns were sweaty. I haven't been able to use my yoga mat in years....had to find it in the 3 unpacked boxes we still have in the garage. I enjoyed the yoga part but thought I would break down and run from the room several times during the class. I was able to persevere and at the end, I really liked it. I am going again tonight and have plans to meet one friend on Saturday morning and another one on Sunday morning! The only down side to HOT yoga is Pablo making fun of how red faced and sweaty I am when I get home. Let's just say that after a 25 minute drive home my shirt, pants, etc. were still soaked. Eww....

New Furniture

Last Monday I celebrated President's Day with my friend Cam. We met for lunch at Red Lobster and then went to catch a movie...Confessions of a Shopaholic We arrived at the theatre a little early, so Cam took me to check out this furniture store she frequents. J&K Furniture....love it! I loved it so much, I bought a china cabinet and some shutters. I had them delivered on Thursday afternoon...

With this new piece in my kitchen area, I am going to be changing one of my wall colors....will have pictures when that project is done. :)

I love this green color. These will either stay inside or go outside after we redo the backyard.

My Funny Valentine....

Pabs got me beautiful yellow roses and my favorite ice cream for Valentines Day. Baskin Robbins only has "Love Potion 31" during the month of February and it is delish. We met Bre and Tommy at the Chart House for dinner. I got steak and lobster...mmm!

HELLO Kitty!

I just LOVE Hello Kitty. MAC has a Hello Kitty line out....Bad Kitty and Good Kitty. I got the cutest makeup bag, a new lipstick and an eyeshadow set. LOVE it! :)
