Blanket

I bought some yarn yesterday to make Calen a blanket. Beth says he is close to the stage where he latches onto a blanket and it becomes his security blanket. I am hoping that my blanket will be a contender. I have about one month to finish it....no pressure or anything....

I have become really good friends with a lady at my work, Camille. For the past five weeks she has had to wear a boot because of ankle issues. Today I took Cam to her nail appointment and we had lunch at Richardson's....they specialize in New Mexican cuisine. It was AMAZING! Then we did some shopping. All in all a fun day...

Tara and Jereme

Back in February, my good friend Tara got engaged to Jereme. I was friends with Tara before she met Jereme. I have seen how they have become an important part in each others lives and how happy they are together. Tara called me this week to ask me to be a bridesmaid in her wedding. I am so honored! Tara and Jereme are some of the nicest, most sincere people I have ever met. I cannot wait to be a part of their special day! :)

Facebook

After much talk from friends and family, I have finally joined Facebook. I joined yesterday and was instantly obsessed with flair. I love it. I love to create my own flair and send funny flair to others. I have only been a member for a day and my board is almost full! I might need a flair intervention....

IT'S HERE!!!

I BOUGHT IT TODAY AND PLAN ON READING IT TODAY AND TOMORROW. IF I DON'T FINISH IT, I WILL HAVE TO CALL IN SICK ON MONDAY. IF SHE DOESN'T END UP WITH EDWARD-I AM RIPPING IT UP, HAVING THE DOGS PEE ON IT, AND THEN I WILL BURN IT!!!!

Spanish Lessons

The owners of the new cafe at my work are from Spain! I told them that I am going there in the spring and they promised to help me brush up on my espanol. They also are going to tell me fun places to go. They say that in southern Spain (which is where we are going) each little village has a fiesta on different weekends. I can jump from fiesta to fiesta. I also told them that I am going to go over to Morocco for a day or two. They told me to watch out....Morocco is trouble. I told them that I like trouble! :)
