Snow Angels

My dad sent me new photos of Calen. I love this one...he looks like he is making a snow angel...or like the little brother in A Christmas Story, when he can't move his arms! :)

I keep seeing the previews for this movie and I think it looks really cute. It's kind of like the sitcom "How I Met Your Mother". Pabs is in charge of planning Valentine's Day this year, so if he forgets (chances may be high) I think I might go and see this on opening day! :)

TOUCHDOWN!!!

For Christmas I bought Pabs a PlayStation. Neither of us grew up with video games and we both suck...really suck. We had talked about getting a Wii, but Pabs just wanted a regular system first. I also bought him Fifa and Madden. I think I like it more than he does...I am obsessed with Madden! Love it!

Working on Saturdays....

I am going to have to work almost every Saturday this month...and I don't get overtime! :( There is no end in site!

Goodbye to Calen :(

Well, I had to say "goodbye" to Calen for a little while. It was really hard! He was so cute in his little play pen and he had hiccups! :)Hopefully, he will remember his Aunt Mandy! :)

Beer Tour of Portland

Alan took Pabs and I on a small beer tour of Portland. Beth and Calen tagged along and were the designated drivers. We started at Widmere with lunch and 12 beers...I had the beer soup. Delicious!

Next we went to Bridgetport....

As you can tell, we did not like it as much as Widemere... I love all of the porters and stouts...I kept getting a beer stache....Hot!

Next we went to Rogue..."go hard or go home" as Alan says. Big Beer!

Rogue we had 8 beers and also 5 shots of their liquor...pretty good stuff.

All in all, everyone loved Widemere the best and we all stumbled away with a higher appreciation of Portland beers.

I have been wanting a pair of Converse for awhile now....I thought I wanted red or pink ones, but lately have been really into wearing brown. I just bought a pair of chocolate brown ones today...I love them! P.S. Brown is the new black.

2008: The Best Year Ever

I have decided that 2008 is going to be the best year ever. I am going to try and do everything that I have always wanted to do, but for some reason have put on hold. I am going sky diving, taking scuba lessons, starting a bowling league, traveling to Chile or Europe, going to NYC with Bre, getting engaged! Shh! Don't tell Pabs....he doesn't know yet! :)

2008 will be the year that I don't hold back.
